ReJAM - Future Work

ReJAM's long-term objective is the development of a robot that supports a wide range of music-related activities (including playing music together). The robot is to support conversational interfacing (i.e. speech-based interaction) and is to be extended with an avatar to support the use of smart device applications. Additionally, we aim for ReJAM to become sensitive to the user's social context and personal preferences, so ReJAM can adapt its behaviour (suggested activities and music) to the user and the social setting, so as to offer users a personalised experience that remains engaging even in the long term.
